I am a heavy smoker. two packs a day. I am in the Cooper Clayton Smoking censation class, but still smokes. I have spots, but because of anxiety and stress, I have not been able to progress. I have to stop first time I was in this class. Just to start again after four months. I feel like a failure. I feel that I'm weak, stupid, and let the others in my class, low self-esteem. I'm thinking theapy but wonder if someone somewhere has a few suggestions to help me quit. My Dr. has told me many times I have stopped smoking. I have asathma, urban sources and other respiratory problems and conditions. Is it power over the smoke that I can not give up? I am not an ignorant person. I no, Father here.The why I keep smoking? There must be others out there who smoke and have a perfect record. If anyone has a suggestion, I'd love to have your set. This scares me. I quit cold turkey, but I ate lots of carrots and celery, chewing a stir stick until I was in the position it did. I also have a lot of movement and activity in a smoke free environment.
